Showroom Playbook
For over 150 years, Alfred Williams & Company has grown to become one of the largest MillerKnoll Dealers in North America and known as leader in workplace strategy, placemaking, office furnishings and pre-constructed solutions.
In my role as Graphic Designer and Marketing Lead, I undertook the successful development and implementation of a comprehensive showroom playbook for the Nashville market. This playbook served as a valuable resource for Account Managers during client showroom tours and as an effective training tool for onboarding new hires. Below is a sample of the booklet.
